Pricing

Pricing is calculated according to gross building area or square footage, as well as what services are included.  Pricing may also vary based on the size, scale, and scope of the project.  Every project is different and is evaluated based on a site visit or due diligence on the subject property to determine the degree of complexity, but frequently a brief interview will tell us enough to complete a quote.  There is no cost for a quote.

  Most standard floor plan projects can be completed within 24 to 48 hours of the site visit, and in some cases the same day. 

Due to the fast turnaround time all fees are collected up front at the time we arrive on site to create the floor plan.
